As instructed I uninstalled it then opened Windows Power shell as Administrator and copied and pasted the code line shown.
It did take a little bit of time time to wash a sink of dishes and when I looked for Calculator, it was reinstalled and would open.
I tried deleting the folder but it stops, saying that folder is open. I had logout of it already. This is an addition to my comment of yesterday. BIG thanks to all involved with that method.
